My name is Kera Blades-Snell, and I am honored to serve as the Executive Director of the Santa Monica Black Empowerment Association (SMBEA). As an active member of the Santa Monica community and a passionate entrepreneur, I am committed to supporting our underserved and unrepresented communities.

Our mission is to provide case-based assistance, advocacy, and a safe space for those facing challenges.
